Swap out your butter dish for this contemporary yet classic French country crock, and you'll always have spreadable butter at the ready. Made from thick stoneware, the butter crock uses a tried-and-true storage method dating back to the 1800s to keep butter fresh and soft. It's also dishwasher safe!

Simply fill the base with cold water, add 1/2 to 1 stick of butter to the crock, and top with the lid to preserve freshness with an airtight seal. Replace the water every three days and store your butter crock below 25 degrees Celsius/78 degrees Fahrenheit for perfect butter every time.
